– Customs & Duties: For certain regions, such as the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply. We cover the customs duties when the shipment leaves our warehouse. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt.
– Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact. For hygienic reasons, some products (such as intimate wear) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

– Refund Process: After receiving the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
